Kevin Kelaher, President  A graduate of Providence College, Kevin has been involved in the hardware industry since 1979.  His experience includes field sales in the Carolinas, Northern California, Southern California, and Arizona.  He is a former marketing manager for the hardware division of Emhart Corporation.  Kevin resides in Farmington, CT.
 

Jim Kelaher, Vice President  A graduate of the University of Connecticut, Jim has been involved in the industry since 1987.  He has an in-depth knowledge of all levels of distribution and OEM accounts in both Division 08 and Division 10 product lines.  Jim resides in Farmington, CT.
 

Ashley McCurdy, Account Manager  A graduate of Central Connecticut State University, Ashley joined Kelaher Associates as an outside accounts manager in 2006.  Her focus is on buying influences, distributors, dealers and end-users.  Ashley resides in Wallingford, CT.
 

Angie Amato, Sales Support Administrator  A graduate of Post University, CT, Angie has years of experience with inside technical sales and customer service.  She is well-versed in Division 10 and has excellent customer service and sales skills.  She also deals with outside sales people, distributors, and customer quotations.  Angie resides in Plainville, CT.
 

Bert Sullivan, Sales Consultant  A graduate of Plymouth State University, NH, Bert has been involved in the hardware industry since 1987.  He began covering Northern New England in 1993.  His main focus is on contract distribution, but he also services a number of major end-users.  Bert resides in Londonderry, NH.
 

Bill Peterman, Account Manager  A graduate of the University of Connecticut, Bill has been in the industry since 1996.  He started with The Stanley Works and joined the ASSA ABLOY sales force in 2003.  He brings a wealth of experience in contract distributor sales as well as end users.  Bill resides in East Hampton, CT.
 

Carolee Landino, Pricing Quoting Administrator  Joined Kelaher Associates in Feb 2011, Carolee has worked in customer service and sales as part of Hardware Industries since 1988.  She worked at Locknetics Security Engineering (which later became part of Ingersoll Rand) for 17 years.  She joined ASSA ABLOY DSS of New England in 2005 and she currently works in sales and distribution.  Carolee resides in Bristol, CT.
 

Christopher Beebe, Sales Consultant  A graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Christopher has been involved in the hardware industry since 2004.  His focus is on distributor sales and market growth with all of our ASSA ABLOY brands.  Chris resides in Boston, MA.
 

Donna Chapman, Education Specialist  Donna has 13 years of industry experience in the New England marketplace.  Her main focus is on the educational vertical market.  She acts as a consultant to end-users, starting with the conceptual stage of a project through ownership.  By assisting with project specifications and creating door hardware standards, she continues to meet the many needs and requirements of a facility.  Donna resides in Granby, CT.
 

Fred Di Martino, Account Manager  A transplant from the Pacific Northwest to New England in 2003, Fred has over 30 years of experience in the hardware industry from sales and service to regional management for DORMA.  His focus is on contract hardware distribution and end-users.  Fred resides in Middletown, CT.
 

Jim Harper, K-12 Specialist  An institutional locksmith and sales pioneer for over thirty five years, Jim has managed locksmithing departments for companies such as Best Locking Systems, John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance, and Boston Children’s Hospital. Now with ASSA ABLOY as the vertical market end-user support representative for the K-12 and university markets, Jim has written for several trade journals on hardware standards and key control policy. Jim has been an ALOA instructor and taught at the Yankee Security Convention in NE. He is a Past President and Life Member of the Institutional Locksmith Association.
 

Joann Sawyer, Office Manager  A graduate of Tunxis Community College, CT, Joann is a former manager for the hardware division of Stanley Works where she worked for 15 years.  She incorporates a strong understanding of hardware with exceptional customer service and sales skills to run inside sales.  She is well-versed on all Division 08 and Division 10 product lines.  Joann resides in Berlin, CT.
 

Koleen McCauley, Support Administrator  A graduate of Bristol Eastern, Koleen has been involved in the industry for 33 years in many capacities.  She has experience in production, office, and sales.  She has attended sales management seminars and used this in her capacity as inside sales manager.  She is well accustomed to handling quote packages and inside sales, providing excellent customer service.  Koleen resides in Harwinton, CT.
 

Tim Cabbabe, Electromechanical Specialist  A graduate of the University of Rhode Island, Tim has worked in IT, electrical engineering, locksmithing, and systems integration for 11 years.  His focus is on helping IT directors, general contractors, and other New England clients design and integrate electronic access control (EAC) systems.  Tim resides in Providence, RI.
